Ciao, ho un impianto a gas per produrre circa 60 litri di mosto, ho una pentola da 75 litri con coperchio motorizzato della nota ditta che mi ha fatto anche un filtro Halo personalizzato. Fin da subito mi sono trovato malissimo con l'Halo in quanto il moto delle pale accumula una quantità impressionante di materiale molto fino sotto di esso (glucani, farine ecc). Per cui per sicurezza ho messo un bazooka sotto l'halo e finchè non faccio birre ricche di frumento in fiocchi (tipo la mia amatissima Wit) non ho problemi di flusso in uscita...così facendo però ho delle efficienze mai al di sopra del 70% e sono sicuro che il problema sia la filtrazione (faccio fly).
Volevo eliminare Halo e bazooka e passare allo springer ma ho "paura" che durante l'ammostamento si muova e vada ad incastrarsi fra le pale creando una vera apocalisse birraria....qualcuno lo usa in questa configurazione su impianti di volume di produzione uguale o maggiore del mio?
